I think by negative calories you mean a calorie deficit. In general, to lose 1 lb of body fat you need to create a calorie deficit of 3500 Calories. For example, if you intake 2000 calories a day and expend 2500, that's a deficit of 500 calories a day. At that rate you will lose 1 pound of fat a week (7 days x 500calories/day = 3500 Calories) You need to consider your natural body metabolism and how much you exercise, and compare that to how much you eat.

Given that weight loss is brought about by a negative result to the calories in - calories burnt equation, then yes! Tachycardia is a stress to the heart muscle making it expend more energy than it would on a normal basis, thus raising the calories burnt part. However, tachycardia is by no means an healthy way to lose weight, and weight loss, along with cardio and fit conditioning should result in just the opposite, a permanent lowering of your rest heart rate, thus increasing your response capacity to stress
Medical treatment is not required for healthy weight loss. Weight loss is accomplished simply by burning more calories each day than you take in. If you need 2000 calories to maintain your current weight, and you only take in 1500 calories each day, you will be short 500 calories. Your body will make up the deficit by burning stored fat. In a week (7 days x 500 calories = 3500 calories) you will have lost one pound. If the deficit is 1000 calories, you will lose two pounds per week. If you add to the deficit by working out or walking, you'll burn even more calories. Weight loss is a simple matter of math and a bit of science.
well im no expert but i would have to say that you should eat celery because it has negative calories which means it burns more calories to eat celery than how many calories celery has in itself.I hope this helps a bit.
