You can apply whatever alignment you choose for column headings.
It could be your alignment or your rotors. If it's the rotos, then they need to be turned. Otherwise, it's the alignment.
There are styles built into Excel. These define things like the font size, colour, number formatting, alignment and other things, all combined together. The standard style that is used is called Normal. If you apply the Normal style it has settings for each of those formatting options. There are other styles available and you can also create your own styles.
They are all formatting options. They can be collectively built into a Style, which will allow you to apply them all at once to text. So a single style provides all that information.
A style is a pre-defined combination of formats. For a cell, this can include the colour of the cell, the number formatting, the text alignment, the font formats, borders etc. You can modify existing styles to suit your needs. Then you can apply them in one go, rather than applying each element of formatting one at a time. This is quicker and also makes it consistent, as you'll know cells with the same styles have the same formatting.
