That all depends on what you are referring to as "a cold." Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD) is probably what you're referring to when asking about a cow "getting a cold." The best thing you could probably do is go to the vet to get some medicine to give to her via needle and syringe. Anything but Micotil is best for her, but you have to be more cautious of what you should give her if she's a dairy cow that is producing milk for you.

Since there are really two meanings to this question, I will have to give an answer to each of these meanings.

In the context of the part of "have" referring to the ownership of a bovine animal such as a dairy cow or a beef steer (where "cow" is used colloquially and albeit incorrectly), the answer to this question would be to look after it. Make sure it has clean water, good feed, sufficient grazing space, shelter for her to go to during inclement weather, and a fence surrounding it as opposed to being tethered to a tree, which is something strongly opposed by most producers. If she's a dairy cow she should be milked--if she's lactating that is--once or twice a day. With a beef steer, simply making sure he has good grazing and good feed is sufficient. This also applies if you have beef cows with calves.

If, however, you are asking about "having a cow" as in getting angry, throwing a temper tantrum or anything similar regarding your emotional feelings upon being insulted, betrayed, offended or bullied to the point where you've had enough, among other things, it really depends on why you got angry, who you got angry at, and what damage you inflicted on those who angered you. Often removing yourself from the situation, taking a walk, counting to ten or just taking a bit of a break will help calm you down, think about what happened and what you can do to "smooth things over," so to speak. If you're on the verge of letting your volcano erupt on you, either remove yourself from the situation and take a break to come back to it later, or try your absolute hardest to hold your tongue and control your temper and stay calm. Discipline yourself to do this; you can leave the anger and frustrations until you get home to let them out on the punching bag or by simply talking about it with a friend or kin that you're really comfortable talking to about things like this.

Sprinkle water on her. Make sure the water isn't a mist, but large water droplets that penetrate the hair and let the coolness get into her skin. A garden hose is great for this.

Give it a shot (or more) of Nuflor or Resflor, or something similar you can get from your large-animal veterinarian.

What should i do if i have a cough sore thoat runny nose and a small headache?

It is always best to treat the symptoms and get some rest. Give your body time to fight this off. For the cough, hard candy or cough drops. Try an antihistamine for the runny nose. The sore throat will feel better as the mucus running down the throat from the nose slows. The headache will better with a NSAID.
