You can simply not buy it. There is always crap like "dealer handling" and taxes that you cant really get around.
If the dealer charged you more than the advertised price, you can probably return your car. You could also just make them correct the price.
Not the selling itself however it can become violent if others want it more they can kill the dealer and other things.
Yes, of course. But the dealer will only do a trade this way if your car is worth much more than the car he is selling to you.
B/c the companies selling the stuff being advertised are paying the TV networks to air their commercials so that they'll sell more stuff.
absolutely, if the dealer is willing to do it. It is two separate transactions, you selling the dealer your car and you buying the dealers car. Whether your tade is worth more or less the the purchased car means nothing to the dealer. they are making a sale and intend to do it again with your trade, just for more money.
On-Line AuctionsTo get top dollar for the autographed baseball you would have to sell it to a collector and not a dealer. A dealer will only give you about half the market value, more or less depending on how long the dealer feels it will take to resell. Your best option rather than selling the baseball locally to a dealer in New York, would be to sell it through the Internet. There is a large community of collectors on eBay looking to buy autographed baseballs. The signature should be authenticated to get top dollar.
I was at a garage sale and bought a 500 quinientos pesos for a dollar(USD). I was interested to see what it was. The only dealer I have seen on the internet is selling them at offer.com for a also. The shipping was 2 USD. Probably more for a momento.

If the baseball you have is expensive you might consider selling it through a private auction house such as Heritage Auction (ha.com) or Robert Edwards Auctions. The will help you get top dollar from targeted buyers, and assist you in getting the signatures authenticated.

Selling more books or lowering the prices.
Yes. Communication technology has become more and more important. Some companies are more reliant on it that others, such as companies that do selling through the internet.
The advertised lease price is usually only for well qualified buyers. Check the fine print out. Well qualified usually means those with great-excellent credit ratings. The best person to answer this question would be the dealer that is advertising the car. They can give you more information about how much you would get for your trade in and how it would affect your payments.
