Speak with you victim service officer in you district, call 911 again and wait for the police to arrive and take a report and give details of what was left by the Def.

Another View: Not really enough information is disclosed with which to answer the question. When you reported the alleged burglary did the police take a report of the event?

What is the evidence that you insist they are overlooking, or refusing to acknowledge?

If you feel that you have grounds for making a complaint, see the above answer for possible suggestions.

You must realize that just beause you BELIEVE that a burglary has occurred, the elements of the crime must exist before the police can take action. If the elements of the crime don't exist then, legally speaking, no crime has occurred.

Can an off duty police officer shoot at someone who is driving off after they attempted burglary?

It makes no difference if the officer is on or off duty. A police officer is sworn to uphold the law 24/7/365 - his authority goes with him wherever he goes. Not really enough is disclosed about the situation to give more than a general answer. Although an attempted burglary is usually not a felony offense, if certain criteria are met and all other options have been exhausted, providing that the the necessary requirements for the officer to use deadly force exist, an officer could conceivably have grounds for firing at the fleeing burglar .

On Sims 2 PC how do you help free a burglar It says you open the backdoor of the car and you can set him free how do you do that?

When the police officer returns to the house after putting the burglar in the car, I believe you have to get one sim to talk to the police officer while another sim opens the car and lets out the burglar. It won't work unless you distract the police officer.

Should evidence obtained during a traffic stop be allowed as admissible evidence when the police officer initiating the traffic stop is not present at defendant's suppression hearing?

This would depend on whether the testimony of the officer initiating the stop was necessary to establish the foundation for introducing the evidence the defendant is seeking to suppress. If foundation can't be established without te officer's testimony, then the evidence should either be suppressed or the hearing continued until the officer can be present.
