There should be a number next to the charge on your credit card statement, call it and talk to them first about reimbursing the charge. Have your ducks in a row; the card was used illegally, it was over the internet so there is no proof that it was you who used it and tell them you will file a chargeback with your credit card company if they don't refund your money. If they refuse, take to a supervisor and repeat the above. If that fails, file a dispute with your credit card company citing the same reasons I mentioned and you will get your money back. I have never lost a case with money, you won't this time. Internet spending is not secure, the Poker game company knows it and so does your card. You can also provide proof of your absense if you have it, it will only strengthen your case.
