She needs to contact a child help line or some one who can get her into a temporary foster home or try and talk to her mother. Maybe she can find a relative to stay with, an aunt or uncle, or brother or sister - it was wrong of her mother to throw her out as she is only 13 and try and be there as her friend if she needs to talk. Well, it sounds like abuse and she needs to tell someone with authority or another trusted adult and go back home and let the mom know that she's not pregnant. Have her take a test with the mother present and prove her wrong....
