what you need first is a REASON. why do you not want to have contact with your mom? if it is because you don't feel safe and comfortable around her , and feel your safety, life, and health is in danger, you contact emergency ppl or somebody you trust and takl to tthem abbout it. after the talk, see what the trusted person says. if they say to, contact authorities and your mother might be separated from you. do you have a dad or other relatives? go to and talk with them, and also speak with your mother.

If your mother really is an addict and abusive, you should contact the police and child protective services.

How do you get mother right removed as she has not had contact or paid child support in three years?

In this case, you can not force the mother to be in contact with her child, neither can the court, however, you are, and by all means, entitled to child support. All you need to do is, file for it.

How can i tell my husband to stop telling his mother all of our biz it is causing a lot of problems?

You should tell him that you respect that he is close to his mother, but you think that by him telling his mother everything that goes on is hurting your relationship. Just ask him to either stop or to have him ask his mother to stop getting so involved in your relationship.

Should a custodial mother file a child support modification when her child was legally adopted?

Who legally adopted the child? If the mother's new husband legally adopted the child, then the biological father's parental rights had to be terminated first. Which means that the biological father is NOT obligated to pay child support anymore. The new adoptive father has taken on all rights and responsibilities for the child.

Can you do anything to stop your elderly mother who was very recently widowed from adopting her grandson who is after her money and she can't see it?

Most likely not unless your mother is legally mentally incompetent to understand what her affairs or if the stepson is coercing her into doin it. Otherwise she is an adult with all the rights to do whatever she wants, just as you are. Existing children, per se, have no rights to object to an adoption by their parent.

Your mother -in-law has past looking for insurance policy how do you find if she had one?

Is littering probable cause?

For a traffic stop? Yes. Any violation that a police officer can make contact with you for (which is all of them) is probably cause for a trafffic stop.

How many different types of stops are there?

They progress in degrees - starting with a "social contact" (which technically is not really a "stop" at all) - progressing to an investigative stop (i.e.: a Terry stop) then finally, arrest.

Normal cells stop growing when they come into contact with other cells?

If a 16 year old moved in with you to stay away from an abusive mother is it against the law?

Depends entirely on which country you're in ! Remember this forum is NOT exclusive to your country - it's accessed all over the planet ! Added: In the US, the 16 year old would be considered a runaway. If she wants to get away from an abusive mother legally, she should contact the authorities and have herself removed from her mothers' custody.
