There are things you can do at home to help your condition. Hot baths,hot lemon and water,transcendental meditation. Breathing exercises by taking a deep breath and SLOWLY letting it out. Also let your body go limp. This is a back door method of releasing tension. It is contrary to what you feel like doing in the middle of a panic attack, but it works.
