Reptomin is one of the best brands, and it is sold at most pet stores. It's a tall green can with a yellow lid, and it is definitely the healthiest food for any aquatic turtle.
Also, I would be wary of taking any turtle-care advice from anyone who apparently doesn't know the difference between a turtle and a tortoise.
Answeractually, anything is fine. You can just feed anything. put it in front of yr tortise and if it eats it, then it likes the food. Strawberries and papaya are good choices too.
