There are a lot of cake pop recipes out there that you can Google but here's the basic breakdown of how to make a cake pop.

1. Bake a cake (13x9 cake made from cake mix is a good place to start)

2. Cool cake then crumble with fingers into a large bowl.

3. Mix ready made frosting into the crumbled cake and mix with your fingers.

(generally speaking about 1/4 cup is good for 1 cake but start with a little and add as you go)

4. The mixture should resemble a big ball of dough that holds together (not too crumbly & not too oily)

5. Form round 1/4 inch balls and set on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 mins to overnight.

5. Melt Chocolate Chips or candy melt in the microwave (or chocolate melter) at 30 sec intervals.
