Calamine lotion will help reduce the itching.
Also take an antihistamine tablet such as hydrochloride which is available over the counter at your local chemist.

i don't know but if u put hairspray on it it helps and if u put a mix of water and baking soda on it it makes it go away really fast i put baking soda and water together till it made a paste and rubbed it all over the spider bite and the next morning it was smaller and had stopped itching!
You can wash it off with ice cold water and then put on a baking soda paste to relieve the itching. If you have many bites, take a dose of benedryl to stop the reaction. Other people use white vinegar on the bite or benedryl cream.
