When I feel it wearing off I tend to get a headache, I become tired, and a bit irritable. But I'm sure different people have different reactions exspecially if people take them for non-prescribed reasons.

I also recommend L-theanine, as it increases GABA a calming neuroTranasmitter, and also dopamine, which you will likely be in need of after stopping the Adderall.
Avoid taking cold/flu medicines like ephedrine analogues - they will only extend the process.
This is good if you need to get to sleep after a long day of work - these vitamins will help flush it out so you can get back to zero level quicker.

∙ 12y agoI get these charcoal tablets from wallmart, they are for gas but they will help get thing out of your system quicker. drink lots of water and eat lots of fiber. also taking some herbs such as marshmallow root will help as they help absorb toxins. just be lazy take it easy for a few days and you should be over it. it does take two weeks to be completely off the stuff. and you will always think about it. but alas, its much better then staying on a drug that is not working.
