Depends on what you did the night before. If you are in reference of a hangover, some people have recommended taking to Tylenol and a glass of water. However you need to research why you are getting a hang over to prevent the bad feeling the next day. Mostly all hang over symptoms can be superseded by an amount of fluids in the system the night of. In some cases you need to burn off the alcohol first then take in liquids. Yet most individuals react to things differently, this is something you can experiment with. some people I know drink a full Gatorade before sleep while other just drink a full bottle of water.

well...not a wise thing to do as it does not make sense due to the fact thatcorticosteroids are at highest level in the morning and in order to follow the natural cycle of secretion of these hormones in body it's better to take prednisolon(a corticosteroid) in the morning at 9 am (not on empty stomach).Also a side effect of prednisolon could be insomnia so it's better to take it in the morning!god bless united states! :)
