To say that you are fed up with being a lesbian means that your nature is either changing, or that you wish to end the experiment of seeing what it is like to be a lesbian. Some girls and women become lesbians because of a love they have for another female. To say that you are getting "fed up" means that you were never converted in the first place, your relationship was but an experiment.
Tell your friend just what has happened, it may upset her but it does not mean that you still cannot be friends but not in the same way as it has been. Be careful though that she does not make advances towards you that may turn you against your new found love. I do hope with all my heart that you have found your true love and that you will be happy together.

No it is not wrong per say as it is a crush however, you can not and must not act on those feelings as he does have a girlfriend and obviously wants to be with her.
