∙ 11y agoIn the Unites States, a similar bar (nougat topped with caramel and covered in Milk Chocolate) is sold under the name Milky Way. This bar, as sold in other countries, does not feature caramel and therefore is no similar.
In other countries, a Mars bar (nougat topped with caramel and covered in milk chocolate) is the most similar.
