It sounds like you are describing the Tucker Torpedo, but it actually had three headlights: The conventional two, and one in the center. There were a total of only 51 of them built.

Each Headlight has two screws. Looking at one from the front of the truck. One screw will be on the top center for adjusting up and down and the other screw by the center side of the headlight for side to side adjustment.

I have been an auto tech for 20 years! The entire headlight assembly unscrews out of the front of the bumper. press on the headlight from the front and turn it counterclockwise to release it from the bezel!
Take the two top screws of the headlight assembly out and then loosen only the bottom center screw on the back of the headlight housing. rotate the right side of the headlight and housing out to expose the light sockets. Twist and remove the sockets foe access to the light bulbs.
unplug the bulb, then remove the metal clips on front of headlight that secure it to the grill. pull the headlight straight out of the front of the grill. This is the best way to change the bulb as well.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 2007 Chevrolet Corvette headlight. Remove the headlight retaining bolts. The headlight will come out and can be replaced.
