The 4L60E (NOTE SPELLING) trans is a very common front drive GM transmission and is in 80% of automatic front drive GM cars from 2002
The rest have 4L80E
It would have to do with the transmission or maybe there isn't enough oil in the car?
Can you ask that question again but in like ENGLISH
under the car directly in gear box
would an automatic transmission car jerk when shifting after having had a transmission flush
In the back of the car near the rear axle....
That would depend on what transmission it is and for what car.
couldn't find where the transmission filter go on a mits galant 2002 4cyc do anyone know where it would be on my car we drop the transmission fluid pan it wsnt there?
I believe this car has a sealed transmission and so the fluid cannot be changed.
First off you will need lots of money. Going from an A/T to a manual requires many parts and much modifications unless you can find a donor car to remove parts from. As there was no 2002 Cadillac Deville built with a manual transmission, you will have to fabricate parts and modify others. This would be a daunting task.
I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent. The transmission had to be completely rebuilt at 101,000 miles. Prior to that, I had already taken the car in twice for transmission problems.
check it while its on and in park
That would be a standard transmission.
