could have too much freon in it -air could be going thru heater coil- no air flow thru condensor
You gonna need to add Freon. Real cheap an easy fix. If your Freon is full an still the AC is working. Most likely gonna be your AC pump. That's not cheap. Cost me more the a few hundred getting mine replaced last year.
Change your serpentine belt
Could be many reasons, give much more details. Is the compressor turning on, etc
Just got my car repaired, the cause was a partially clogged heating coil. They fixed it by doing a full flush of the coil and the coolant system.
This is normal it does it to cycle the freon
most likely you dont have enough coolant to reach heater core. make sure your full
It might be overcharged. Or you might have contaminants in the system like air or acid.
Have professionally serviced
Check the A/C compressor.
How much freon does it take for a 2000 Chevy full size truck
using a can of the proper type of Freon, connect a gauge and the Freon to the low side ac port. With the engine and ac running, open the valve and allow the Freon to flow until the gauge shows full. Read the directions on the can and be mindful of the can, as the out side of it gets cold enough for your hand to stick to it.
You should have your system serviced. It sounds like your compressor is bad. Mine was doing the same thing and I found out it was a burnt up compressor.
