Places to get iron:
- red meat (a favorite point among carnivores)
- egg yolks (a favorite point among those who don't like egg whites)
- Spinach (and other dark-leafy greens technically)
- Prunes/raisins (a favorite among those with a sweet tooth)
- oysters/clams
- turkey/chicken gibblets
- beans, lentils, soybeans (favorite among herbivores)
- Liver
- Artichoke hearts
