Any computer that displays a "Fatal Error" is in desperate need of technical help most people pay big money to have a properly trained, professional technician find out what caused the fatal error and how to stop it happening.
I hope you have backed up any work that you have done on the computer since before the problem started. The reason for this is very simple - you may need to reinstall the operating system (Windows 7) or go back to a previous version of the operating system by removing everything on the computer and doing a 'clean install'
