Ummmmmmm is this a trick question? I'd say five of the ten are not firing.
Does this motor have electronic ignition? or does it have twin contact points? or single contact points? Twin Coils or single? More info required for diagnosis.

I'd assume that you have a 6 cyl. engine. if you have a 4 then i'd be suprised if it runs at all. if you have a 6 then no it will not run for verry long with the 2 dead cyl. with out those 2 cyl it is putting more stress on the crankshaft than what it was designed for. do you know why the 2 are "broken" there are several diff. things that can cause a cyl. not to fire. Start at the n/cyl and push the clutch pedal down ONE TIME nd loosten the line going to the slave cyl. Close the line and let your foot off of the pedal and pres it down ONCE more and keep it up until there is no air comming out. Then go to the slave cyl and do the same until no air is present. Make sure the m'cyl doesn't run out of fluid. ALSO PUMPING THE PEDAL CAUSES THE AIR TO MIX IN THE FLUID.
