they would fit but your car would run rich because the 90 prelude is a 2.0 the other one is a 2.2 or a 2.3
Your car is running too rich.
Your injectors are leaking, or your O2 sensor is dead, or misreading.
if your car is running rich, then you need to either get your ecu tuned to adjust it. Or get a controller like a SAVC or Hondata. For a performance motor like an h22 a properley dyno tuned ecu makes all the difference.
Your pcv valve is buried under the carburators, you can see it sticking out of a smaller black box, it also has a small hose coming out of it. Any more questions on the subject email me. Doesn't sound like carb. If it were running rich you would be getting black smoke Check coolant level and oil -- sounds more like head gasket
