It's the turbo charger. A: if you feel a small vibration in your gas pedal plus the noise you said, it should be the wheel bearing, has to be changed (cost 50)
It sounds like the fan belt is slipping. Try tightening up the fan belt, or try rubbing resin on the fan belt to give it more friction.

Bring to a shop and have it scanned to determine problem
The engine cooling fan clutch may be locked up.
It could well be a resonance set-up somewhere - at 70, some part of the car starts to vibrate. Unfortunatley it could be almost anywhere, any part, even one of the tyres. If it is resonance, it will be almost untraceable. All you can do is earch very carefully for anything at all that looks like it could be the cause.
A baby hummingbird! Almost all baby birds are or can be called "chicks". Very few have special distinctions as to what they are. So unless you're needing some scientific name for it, chick will do.
Honestly ,to me if it wont start, then it is a power problem! because of Pontiac's alternators and being that the car is almost 10 yrs old you should have that checked!!
I'm almost positive that the problem is a left or right wheel bearing. Replace BOTH. Easy and inexpensive.
Hummingbirds weigh from about 2 to 20 grams, depending on their species. There are more than 300 species of hummingbirds.
pandas are almost extinct because people in china are killing them for "research".
