2 general options depending how much knocking, lower ball joint on whishbone, or cv joint would need more info....
Turning right loads the left front wheel of the vehicle, so if you hear the knock when you turn right the bad CV joint is on the left, and vice versa.
have front suspension checked
worn cv joint =[
Check the drive axle for a broken and leaking boot or bad CV joint.
when the truck has been driven 20 to 30 miles you can hear a noise comming from left front
Most likely a broken or about to be broken drive axle
Sounds like you have a bad left inner wheel bearing.
There is NO right are left bank knock sensor. If you are smart you will replace BOTH of them while you have the intake off. You do have left and right bank oxygen senors, But not knock sensors.
Could be the CV joint is dry or has failed.
I would have to say a front hub/wheel bearing would more than likely be the culprit you can further narrow it down to left or right by noticing if it gets louder when turning left or right at speed turn vehicle left which puts stress on right bearing if it gets louder bearing is bad same applies for turning right good luck
More than likely you have a defective left front wheel bearing. Inspect the bearing and also inspect the bearing on the right front. Inspect your brake pads if this is not the problem.
This buzzing indicates that the wheel bearings need to be replaced on your front left wheel. This can be fixed by changing the bearings themselves or replacing the entire wheel hub.
