It's a sign that the blower motor is going to give up. It could sound like that for a whole year before it does completely.
Air causes the whistling noise. I'm currently on a quest to eliminate the problem in my house (just had new water heater installed about a month ago, sounds like a choir of banshees when the water's running, toilets are flushed, washing machine or dishwasher are running,, etc.) When I figure out how to get the air out, I'll post a follow-up. In the meantime, at least you know what it is!
Blood coursing through the ear or eardrum
The Camry could have a vacuum leak. If there is a vacuum leak, then there can be a whistling sound until the vacuum system is full of air.
Possibly a bad wheel bearing.
The whistling sound made by your car could be caused from brake dust. Another reason may be from a bad wheel bearing that needs to be replaced.
Your engine probably has a vacuum leak

whistling
when my bike stand outside at 60°c a whistling sound comes from fuel tank cap. could you tell the reason?
The motor which blows air through the vents.
No, whistling is not an example of onomatopoeia. Onomatopoeia refers to words that sound like the noises they describe, such as "buzz" or "bang." Whistling is the actual sound produced by blowing air through pursed lips.
You could try a new alternator and check fan belt tension.
