Diffusion is a process that occurs naturally everywhere. All molecules and particles that are in an area of higher concentration in a gas or liquid will tend to move to an area of lower concentration. That is diffusion.
Diffusion is one type of transport phenomenon. Diffusion is the movement of particles from higher chemical potential to lower chemical potential (chemical potential can in most cases of diffusion be represented by a change in concentration). It is readily observed, for example, when dried food like spaghetti is cooked; water molecules diffuse into the spaghetti strings, making them thicker and more flexible. It is a physical process rather than a chemical reaction, which requires no net energy expenditure. In cell Biology, diffusion is often described as a form of passive transport, by which substances cross membranes. Diffusion is, in essence, molecules moving around until they're evenly spead out in an area.
Hope this helps :D
Diffusion is when particles move from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration and occurs only when the cell membrane is (semi-)permeable to that particle. A proper analogy would be stuffing hundreds of people in a crowded room and then opening the door into an empty, adjacent room. People would cross into the empty room where there is more space to spread out. This is what diffusion is like.
Causes diffusion to ocurr
the cell membrane
Diffusion across a cell membrane occurs when concentrations of a substance are higher either inside or outside the cell.
Diffusion will most likely to occur where there is a high concentration of gas or water then the particles distibute evenly to the area of low concentration. for example if you could smell a turkey cooking in the oven from upstairs without anyone telling you.
Pizza
A difference in the concentration throughout space because diffusion doesn't just happen in a cell or aqueous solution by definition diffusion is just from high to low concentration
Diffusion occurs on the cell membrane.

diffusion
Diffusion is a form of passive transport, so nothing is required for it to occur.
Diffusion across the cell membrane is impaired
The cell will work but not very well because osmosis and diffusion did not occur but sometimes it will work anyways
the process that causes the water to enter and leave the cell is diffusion
diffusion is occur when different concentration gradient is applied
yes, it can occur in various ways. (active transport, simple diffusion, etc.)
