Mainly caused from excessive stress on the suspension ie. pot holes, bumps, etc.
Incorrect wheel alignment, either excessive toe-in or toe-out. This can be solved by getting your wheels tracked.
If you have the alloy optional wheels they should be 205 H60-15 but if you have the standard wheels they should be 185 75-14.

The rotors (discs) of the front brakes are warped. It might work to unbolt the wheels and torque down the wheels again. If the wheels were not tightened in sequence with a torque wrench they could have been warped. If this doesn't help take the discs to a machine shop and have them turned.
