Does it pull to the side? It may be your tires. Bad tires. Flat spot on the front tires. Try to rotate your tires. And see what happeneds.
Why? To even out tire wear. The front tires will wear much quicker than the rears on a FWD vehicle. The front tires are pulling the vehicle and are also steering the vehicle. "Scalloping" is usually caused by bad struts. But, could also be from inproper alignment, lack of tire rotations (matinence, not motion), or even poor quality tires. I've known many people with Toyo tires that have this problem.

If the front tires on a Mitsubish Pajero have worn on the outer wall, it can be caused by wheel alignment issues. As wheel alignment shifts, it can cause feathering of the tires.
