Front or rear? discs or drum? rotors or drums turned(resurfaced)or not? Many times when you just replace pads without resurfacing rotors will tend to be noisy and sometimes overheat causing warpage, pedal will pulsate upon application.Good luck

its either because there's a dust on it from new brake pads, or from pressing your brake pads too hard before they break in, or its them hitting the back of the caliper. take them off, put grease on the back of both the pads(not towards the rotor) and take a brush and lightly brush off the front of the pads. also there's brake quiet that you can put on the pads.
