Could be several different things...
Bedbugs, but those usually occur over the entire body.
Some other type of insect bite, such as ants.
Easily could be irritated sweat glands for the onset of hot weather. Over the winter [in cold areas] skin will overgrow sweat glands... nothing to worry about... In early warm weather folks get out and as they begging to sweat, the [overgrown] sweatglands fill with salty sweat and that salty fluid is irritating and causes small itchy red bimps... Goes away fairly soon...
