it sounds to me like a compressor problem. check the belt make sure it's the right size and that it is not sliping. on the electrical side of your question the compressor has a clutch on it which is electrical. the clutch has to activate so the compressor could do its work.(i doubt is the clutch)
The alternator oil pipe on combo van leaking does feed the vacuum and the return pipe.

MINE'S LEAKING... the water pump is located under the exhaust manifold on a 2.4 litre i kno i just had to rebuild one of them and they will be fun to change cause u have to take the timing chain off to pull it out.
Defective seals, and it needs replacing.
The fix is replacing the leaking part.
A leaking shower valve by installing a new cartridge.
A leaking water pump means the pump needs replacing or the gasket is leaking. Either way the pump must be removed. Now if the hoses going to the pump are leaking, they either need tightening or replacing. So it depends on exactly where the leak is.
You will be better off replacing it that trying to repair it.
Whatever seal the fluid is coming out.
The battery acid is leaking out, either do to a failing battery or do to an alternator that is over charging.
