only the headlights are suppose to flash on a headlight flasher

Remove the flasher retaining bolts from the headlight assembly bracket. Remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new flasher.

Your flasher relay should be located behind the steering column cover to the left center side (below the headlight switch.

The flasher module is about 2-3 inches below the headlamp switch. Remove the knee blocker from the instrument panel. Pull out the combination flasher slightly then unplug the flasher from the electrical connector. Remove the combination flasher. Use a Tridon Stant EP 27 Flasher or similar.
It is located by the ignition switch on the right side of the steering column.

it is under the drivers side by the pedals, lie on your back under the steering column and it is the larger black relay on the right. You have to pull it hard to get it out and it should say Flasher and the part number good luck 2000 Toyota Sienna Blinker/Hazard flasher relay. Flasher relay location- Looking at the fuse panel from the feet up view, the flasher relay is on the back, left wall of the fuse panel. The relay prongs, quantity three, are enveloped by the flasher relay casing which makes it difficult to extract the flasher relay from its location. The flasher relay will need to be pulled up and away from the person removing it. After replacing the flasher relay; the flasher can be tested by actuating the hazard/emergency flashers button without the ignition key engaged, the left blinker or right blinker will not work without the ignition key engaged.

you needa get a new flasher go to an auto zone to get that itll run about 5 bucks If you own a GM product and depending on the year, there is an O on the headlight switch. Turn the switch to that position and hold it about 2 secs the lights will go out.
The relay is located inside the headlight housing. Loosen the screw on the trim ring around the headlight, pull the trim ring and then pull the headlight. The flasher relay will be either rectangular or round with two prongs. Good luck
Open the hood and loosen the gray plastic wing nut on the inside top corner of the headlight.
The combination flasher unit is located behind the upper lefthand side of instrument panel.
I found the flasher under the dash on the drivers side directly above the left foot area. It is very difficult to remove and even more difficult to install. I removed the flasher with a long flat tip screw driver. I installed the new flasher with two long necked socket hand drivers using the drivers to position the flasher then prying with the drivers to set the flasher in place. Good luck!!
