Remove the flasher retaining bolts from the headlight assembly bracket. Remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new flasher.

Your flasher relay should be located behind the steering column cover to the left center side (below the headlight switch.
the headlight flasher is located under the dash next to the OBD plug in (that plug where they check engine codes) on the drivers side..
It is located by the ignition switch on the right side of the steering column.
Uder the dash near the steering colmn. It looks like a flasher.
There are two places the flasher could be. The first is directly below the ignition switch and the other is under the steering wheel column.
