Check the following.............................
1. Cooling fan operation.
2. Radiator cap.
3. Thermostat.

It's only radiator cap is on the coolant reservoir.
he radiator
The radiator on a 1995 Saturn is flushed by draining the coolant, refilling the engine with water, and adding a flush. It is allowed to circulate and drain before refilling with coolant.
at the bottom of the coolant reservoir tank.
Low coolant? Cooling fan not working? Thermostat not opening? Cooling system air bound? Water pump not circulating coolant? Plugged or restricted radiator? Defective radiator cap?
Yes; it's on the coolant reservoir. The entire coolant reservoir on the Saturns is pressurized.
If Im not mistaken, the Pressure cap for a Saturn is the twist on cap on top of the coolant resovoir, if the cap say under pressure then that is it and to add coolant to radiator you fill it thru the res.
The radiator cap is on the coolant reservoir, which is mounted on the passenger side fender for S series Saturns.
The radiator does not have a cap, instead, the coolant system reservoir is also pressurized and the pressure cap is on the reservoir.
Should be in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
Coolant leak possibly no fluid in radiator, hence the picture of a radiator.
