i know that if you smoke you will have a heavier period and more cramps. Models don't get periods because they don't eat. I know it sounds silly but try banannas they actually work!!

Go to see your doctor - there's medication to make you less likely to throw up, painkillers for the cramps, and also medication to reduce your flow if your periods are so heavy it causes problems for you.
