Isc motor is stuck or sticking causing a "blowing over bottle" effect in the intake tract.
You got a short somewhere. Might be in the wiring, might be in the element itself. Either that, or you're overloading it.
Probably a bad front wheel bearing/hub assembly with the abs sensor in it
It's a safety feature that comes with the car. There's a way to turn it off, but you'd need the owners manual to do it.
Mercury.
The detection of engine oil on the spark plugs of the 2000 Ford/Mercury Grand Marquis is indicative of a mechanical condition. This is a common symptom of worn valve seals or possibly the guides. This wear may be allowing for excess oil to flow back into the cylinder. This can result in emissions problems and or higher engine oil consumption.
Think of software as cars on a highway. The highway represents RAM on a computer. The more RAM the bigger the highway. As you open programs more cars are put on the highway. Like rush hour traffic the computer slows down as you put on more cars. When there is a car crash because there is to many cars the computer crashes.
