That is the golgi body. They pack the proteins in vesicles
The cell organelle that packages molecules into vesicles for distribution is the Golgi apparatus. The Golgi apparatus is flattened stacks of membranes where unprocessed proteins enter and are packaged and exported near the membrane.
The Golgi Apparatus is very commonly known as the shipping and receiving center of the cell by receiving glycoproteins in their Cis face from the Rough endoplasmic reticulum (or more specifically the transitional ER which also ships substances). These glycoproteins (which are Carbohydrates attached to proteins) are then further altered within the golgi by changing and replacing various monosaccharides. Once ready the Golgi places these glycoproteins into a budding vesicle on their trans face which are then processed through molecular identification which simply tags or stamps the glycoprotein containing vesicle with a sort of "zip code" for shipping.

It's the Golgi Apparatus.

The Golgi body.
Substances pass through the plasma membrane, although ot is not technically an organelle.

Golgi Apparatus
The Golgi body is often referred to as the Post Office of the cell because it packages up substances for transport out of the cell.
The Golgi apparatus processes and packages substances produced by the cell . Studded with ribosomes and involved in transport of substances in the cell is rough ER.

The cell membrane (I think)
It is an organelle inside of a cell that organizes, packages and transport materials out of the cell.

The Golgi Body is responsible for this.
Substances pass through the plasma membrane, although ot is not technically an organelle.
