A cell releases energy from food in the process of cellular respiration which is in the presence of oxygen, or fermentation which is in the absence of oxygen.
It is called active transport.

There is nothing special about a "cell". the body is constantly replacing them. Perhaps you meant "egg cell" and if this is the case the answer would be the "ovaries".
