Switching from 255/70-16 to 265/70-16 will cause your speedometer to show 58.9 mph at a true 60 mph or a difference of 1.1 mph.
A better switch would be from 255/70-16 to 265/65-16. Your speedometer will be off .9 mph too slow.
Not without a lift. It will be too tall
Allot of difference. The 265/75-16 is 5.03% 1.59" larger in overall diameter than the 255/70-16 and is a narrower tire. These 2 sizes are not interchangeable.
Probably not because of the rim width. The 255 is a wider tire.
No you can not. say for example 265 70 R16 the height of the tire from the rim to outside of tire is 70% of the 265. you can use a calculator to find what size of tire you can use other wise your speedometer will be out
Absolutely not. You will increase the diameter of the tire/wheel from 30.1" to 31.6". This 1.5" difference will cause your speedometer to be way off. This will also adversely effect the handling and mileage of your Ford. The closest thing to OEM you can go is 265/65-16 which will still be .5" off. Stick with the OEM size.
