That is the problem I am having with my friend in Russia. The way I would answer it in his case is: He is a trainer and nutrisionist he gives 24 hour around the clock service. Also a healer with his hands. I cannot find another person who can give care like that. For 12 yrs he has been going back and forth. Now he is scared to file for a visa because if you are rejected it takes 6 mos before you can apply again. The consulate gives you the run around even if you have a good record returning to your country. He had business and pleasure visa for a year.

People skills are definitely a must, but you're also going to want to make sure that you have a broad knowledge of fish species, rodents and reptiles.
