Angel Tree is a program of Prison Fellowship that reaches out to the children of inmates through the love of christ. This unique program provides groups and churches with opportunities to share christ's love by helping meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the families of prisoners.

I've heard that orphanage is just and older word and an old-fashioned one, however, I've also heard that orphanage is for children whose parents are dead and a children's home for children whose parents are alive but cannot take care of them. Yet I am not entirely sure thus saying I've heard so and I'm looking for some confirmation.
