If any other color is detected from animals they will have a bluish yellowish tint.Fish however do have a more equally proportionate ratio of rods/cones so they are able to see more colors more vividly than animals. This is why communicative color patterns on and between animals are so bright and distinguished: so that animals can see them and recognize them with their lack of cones that allow them to see more colors more vividly.
