Most Christian churches say that homosexuality is a sin, but there are some that don't. But these accepting churches are Christian also, in spite of what some bigots might think. Here is a list of LGBT-affirming Christian churches, that do not teach hatred or judgment:
The Christian and Catholic church. If a "Christian" church says homosexuality isn't a sin, then that church isn't Christian.
The Church of the Nazarene regards homosexuality as a sin, and generally opposes LGBT rights.
In 1976, the General Convention of the Episcopal Church declared that "homosexual persons are children of God who have a full and equal claim with all other persons upon the love, acceptance, and pastoral concern and care of the Church". Since then, faithful Episcopalians have been working toward a greater understanding and radical inclusion of all of God's children.
It depends on what faith you practice, and what your religion teaches. Some say they are equal, and some say one or the other is worse. Others say that homosexuality is not a sin, and a few say that neither are sins.

NO
The main Presbyterian Church (USA) holds that homosexuality is a sin, but is still debating whether it's chose or not. They do encourage not to throw out the sinner with the sin, and they also do not believe in laws that discriminate against homosexuals. They do not let their ministers perform same-sex marriages. There are a some fringe Presbyterian groups that are more strongly against homosexuality, and some that are much more tolerant of it, even to having homosexual elders and deacons.
well i would say i little bit!
First of all, murder is a serious crime, while in most western jurisdictions, homosexuality is not. Although some religions regard homosexuality as a sin, it is a victimless sin, unlike murder. So, thinking of homosexuality may be natural for some, but thinking of murder never should be.
Pope Benedict followed the same views held officially by the church: Being gay is not a sin, but pursuing love, marriage, and fulfillment with another gay person is a sin. Gay people are required to be celebate and lonely.
Some moderate born-again Christians think homosexuality itself is not a sin and is akin to heterosexuality and governed by the same biblical rules about lust, love, loyalty in relationships. Other born-again Christians are fundamentalists who believe that homosexuality is a sin. I don't know what newborns think about homosexuality or if they can be Christian.
