However, all the constituent nations of the UK, except for England, has its own national Parliament (Scotland's is in Edinbrugh, Wales' is in Cardiff and Northen Ireland's is in Belfast).
Each nation gets to vote for its own national Parliament and the UK Parliament, so everybody in the UK (with the exception of the English) get 2 votes
