The primary targets were intended to be the major ships of the US Navy- the Aircraft Carriers and Battleships. However, the carriers were at sea, not in port, and were missed in the attack. Many other ships were damaged or sunk either by accident, error, or secondary damage. The attack sank four U.S. Navy battleships (two of which were raised and returned to service later in the war) and damaged four more. The Japanese also sank or damaged three cruisers, three destroyers, and one mine layer, destroyed 188 aircraft, and caused personnel losses of 2,402 killed[8] and 1,282 wounded. The power station, shipyard, maintenance, and fuel and torpedo storage facilities, as well as the submarine piers and headquarters building (also home of the intelligence section) were not hit. Japanese losses were minimal, with 29 aircraft and five midget submarines lost, and 65 servicemen killed or wounded. One Japanese sailor was captured.
Okay first of all Pearl Harbor is spelled right and second of all there were twenty-one vessels sunk or damaged. American airpower on Oahu was smashed; American dead totaled 2,403, with 1,178 wounded. Whereas the Japanese losses were 29 planes, 55 airmen, five midget submarines, and nine crewmen, insignificant compared to the damage done to the Americans.

Yes; why on earth would you think otherwise? The "salvage" title only means that it is a reconstructed, or rebuilt vehicle which has probably been heavily damaged and repaired. It is STILL your property, and in this respect, a title, is a title, is a title -- "salvage" has nothing to do with whether or not you own the property (vehicle). If some one else damages it, then they have damaged YOUR property.
The vehicle has been wrecked and then repaired (rebuilt) by a liscensed rebuilder. Sometimes the car wasn't smashed - it was a flood car. Regardless, it was damaged and then restored to operating condition.
