I would venture to say No. That would more than likely include all of the other states too.
NOT religious in nature, in other words a civil ceremoney would not be preformed by a clergyman, (judge/justice of the peace etc) and would likely not contain any references to the Lord.
If one state attacked the other, it could cause another Civil War. States would most likely either debate it out in Congress or cause a war.
If the confederates won the civil war, slavery would be legal throughout the U.S. But, then the south would have its own country.
