In high school, you should study extra hard in your Biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics classes (if you have them). In college you will want to take as much biology as you can, biochemistry, organic chemistry, physics, mathematics (at least one year of solid level calculus), and chemistry. Your college will have specific requirements for a degree in Biology (sometimes referred to as "pre-med"), although you can become a heart surgeon with an undergraduate degree in History, art, anything at all. As long as you can pass the MCATS.
It should be mentioned that you won't learn heart-surgeon specific information until after a few years of graduate level study.
heart surgen

In highschool, you'd have to study, and get good grades, in science and math classes. Same with college. Try to find a college with a good pre-med plan. There's usually a pre-med adviser that can help you on your way. He can even help you get into medical school! Which you'll need if you want to become a surgeon. Just make sure you're not in it purely for the money. It takes several years to become a surgeon/doctor, so you really need to love your studies and your work.

Easy to learn by heart and don't be squeamish. You will be a doctor and a part of your education is dealing with autopsies. And physically I'm guessing limbs.
You can't become a legal doctor at that age BUT, you can learn more about how to cure some people in case a situation pops up where a doctor's help would be needed at the time such as when a person has a heart attack.
