Don't take classes in high school to prepare yourself for law school, except perhaps a government class if it is not required curriculum. Take classes about subjects that you are interested in. You'll learn plenty about the law in law school.

I concur. The same goes for your university studies. Law schools aren't interested in what subjects you studied. They are interested in what your grades are.

This depends on what classes your school is offering and what school you go to.
Premeds are required to take all science courses in college so be sure to take an AP chem or bio course. In general, all biology, chemistry and physics classes should be taken.
Lawyers would not be taking AP courses, because their academic level is already at the post-graduate level, not high school or first year university. If you are asking what AP classes should be taken by someone who wants to become a lawyer, the answer is "any" because there are no prerequisite subjects for admission into law school.
You should be able to take the exam at the school you took the classes through you can not take the exam without having taken classes first.
