Obviously the clothes varied from school boy to school girl and from female to male so I have made a few lists -
~ The Average School Boy ~- 3/4 lenght school trousers.
- A shirt (with / without a tie.)
- Knitted tank top.
- Long grey / black knitted socks.
- Brown or Black shoes.
- A box which carried there gas mask and they had that at all times. - Cap / hat.
~ The Average School Girl ~- Knee or below lenght dress / pinafore.
- Black / Grey knitted socks.
- An apron over the dress.
- Black walking boot style boots.
- Ribbons in hair.
~ The Average Lady ~The ladies wore more or less the same as the girls although they probably did not have ribbons in they're hair.~ The Average Gentleman ~- A suit with bow-tie / tie.- Black / Brown shoes.
- Grey / Black socks.

Similar clothes to what other European forces wore. They had an alliance with the centralpowers Germany and Austria-Hungary and had also similar equipment.

In world war 1 they wore brown coats with amore and brown trousers that was not really strong and warm. Prior to World War II, fabrics for all clothing were of "natural" fibers and materials. Synthetic fibers began to be used near the that period.
