Colleges only award credit to Advanced Placement courses (AP).

Pre-AP is generally considered equivalent to "honors" courses. Some high schools may add points to one's GPA but it will probably not get you credit for college. Pre-AP is preparation to take a real AP course.

Though you will not get college credit, it would still help you if you took a Pre-AP or honors class. It would help accustom you to the harder work that you will face in college.

Which university gives the largest amount of AP credit?

You obtain AP (Advanced Placement) credits by taking and passing courses in high school that have been accredited. Most of these classes replace basic college freshman courses, not the ones you would need toward your major or minor. So, the amount of credit you would receive toward a degree would be based on those basic required courses.

What is a AICE class compared to a AP and IB?

AICE is a course introduced by Cambridge iniversity. AICE classes are sometimes like regular classes, depending on which ones you choose. For example AICE international history is like a regulate history class, but it gives you a AICE credit. In Florida, if you complete 6 AICE classes you may get an AICE diploma and automatically can be chosen for a bright futures scholarship. With AP classes, they are college classes. There are multiple advantages of taking AP classes, the biggest one being: completing college courses and being able to graduate from college earlier. It's also cheaper since you won't have to pay tuition for the courses you already completed. AP is basically like taking "high school credit" classes in middle school. While AICE is kind of an honors type class which also gives college credit. AP and AICE are similar in that they give college credit. AICE also happens to give you a diploma after completing those classes.

How can you find out what your College credits are worth in another country?

It's pretty simple to find out about what courses will transfer to another college, even if in a different county. First, pick several colleges you are most interested in. Next, write each Admission Office and ask them how to find out what courses will be accepted from another college. An important tip: It helps a lot if you can obtain the course description and syllabus for each course from the college you attended. Another college can use this information to "compare" their course requirements to what you have taken already. The prospective college will guide you about their process to accept credit hours from another college. It helps greatly if your college is accredited or recognized in collegiate circles. It seems unfair but quite often, the new college only gives partial credit for prior coursework taken at a different college. Expect about 50% -- maybe -- and if you get more then you'll be pleasantly surprised rather than being disappointed if they don't accept more. When I transferred between two States in the USA, the second college accepted about 90% of my prior work. You can also ask to challege ("test out") of some courses. For a fee (under $100.00 US), you would take a test of the basic material for each class. The tests are usually for undergrad basic courses, such as Freshman English Comp.

Should prisons offer college courses?

I believe so. It gives those with a true change of heart a way to make themselves a productive member of society. Hopefully, one course in their curriculum would include ethics.
